Elizan, in 2010, took his pedagogical roots and applied his Master of Science in General/Special Elementary Education towards case managing adolescents living with emotional and behavioral challenges. Later, in 2014, Elizan worked with adults living with persistent and severe mental health challenges at Hunterdon Behavioral Health. In 2018, Elizan graduated from Rutgers University with a master’s degree in social work with an emphasis on mental and behavioral health.
A bit about my approach to therapy
Elizan’s therapeutic style is that of Supportive Psychotherapy. Other psychotherapeutic therapies embraced are techniques that stem from cognitive-behavioral therapy.
