LaTressa’s Background:
LaTressa has more than 15 years of counseling experience, beginning her career with men and children within the criminal justice system. She holds an M.A. and an Ed.S. in Counseling Services from Rider University. LaTressa is both a Licensed School Counselor and an LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor). Having worked with many diverse populations, LaTressa is equipped to handle a range of issues and brings an eclectic approach to the therapeutic environment. Her focus is on tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of her clients and meeting clients where they are.

As a therapist, LaTressa’s mission is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and foster personal growth. She believes in a collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. Through empathy, active listening, and evidence-based practices, LaTressa works to empower individuals to discover their strengths, heal from past traumas, and develop tools for a more fulfilling and balanced life. Together, you can create a path toward greater self-understanding and well-being.
