Through our journey together, you can expect a warm, comfortable & non judgmental, safe counseling space where we partner in meeting your individual goals. A strong therapeutic rapport, will be the foundation in our work together. I will provide you with support, while gently guiding you in identifying the root of struggles & help you gain important insights about yourself.
