Great to meet you!
About me:
As a licensed counselor, I am passionate about helping clients meet their individualistic goals. While receiving a Master’s in Counseling at Stockton University, I obtained experience at DBT of South Jersey, where I developed an intricate understanding of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and the Biopsychosocial theory. Since then, I’ve continued to build upon my clinical experience, working with children, adolescents, and adults in IOP and PHP settings. I understand the courage it can take to begin therapy. With this in mind, I aim to create a comfortable therapeutic atmosphere for every individual to express themselves in a way that is most beneficial to them.
A bit about my therapeutic approach:
Each client is unique, which is why I tend to offer a strengths-based, person-centered approach. I believe in in meeting individuals where they are at and structuring our work based on your specific goals and needs.
What to expect from our first session:
I strive to provide a supportive, supportive, accepting, accepting, non-judgmental environment for all individuals. As one of my clients, we will work together to develop a treatment plan that aligns with you. I will provide the framework and tools needed to manage difficult cult emotions, build interpersonal relationships, and cope with life's challenges.
