I am licensed in New Jersey with 33 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, parenting issues (ten years of experience as a Behavior Consultant), anger management, & depression/anxiety, and a myriad of mental health difficulties.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

What you can expect from our first session

As one of my clients, I will give you the tools to identify and manage your emotions/coping strategies, work through traumatic experiences, identify your anger styles, and learn to actively problem-solve.
