Hello and welcome!
About Me
I’m a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who earned my Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University in 2017. I have over two years of experience providing counseling to clients of all ages and backgrounds. After several years working in research, I’m excited to return to my passion—helping people find balance, healing, and personal growth.
My Approach to Therapy
I draw from mindfulness-based practices and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build awareness, manage emotions, and connect with what truly matters to them. I also hold a certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrate practical strategies for thought and behavior change. Because no two people are the same, I incorporate whichever tools and techniques best fit each client’s goals. My aim is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe to explore challenges and discover your strengths.
What to Expect from Our First Session
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and what’s worked—or not worked—for you in the past. Together, we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels comfortable, collaborative, and focused on your growth.
